MJK ISO Power

ISO-POWER Isolation Amplifiers are used for galvanic separation of measuring circuits and power supply to 2-wire and 3-wire transmitters, thus saving a separate power supply.

MJK Zener Barrier

An isolator consists of a power supply, which supplies the pressure transmitter through a galvanic separator to ensure that neither current nor voltage exceeds the specified values. Product Series:

  • Simex SGS-12

    Simex Isolators SGS-12 series create galvanic isolation between input and output circuits. Isolator doesn’t need any power supply. 0/4-20 mA current output signal can also be processed into voltage 0/2-10V signal with standard 500Ω load resistance. Then for class 0,5% it is advised to use voltage input R ≥ 100 kΩ.

    Quality of isolation depends on breakdown voltage and also capacity between separated circuits.

    Simex SGS-22

    Simex Isolators SGS-22 series create galvanic isolation between input and output circuits. Isolator doesn’t need any power supply. 0/4-20 mA current output signal can also be processed into voltage 0/2-10V signal with standard 500Ω load resistance. Then for class 0,5% it is advised to use voltage input R ≥ 100 kΩ.

    Quality of isolation depends on breakdown voltage and also capacity between separated circuits.

    Simex SGS-61

    Simex Isolator SGS-61 allows to input full galvanic isolation between transmitter and receiver of 4-20 mA current loop. Additionally it enables the possibility of connecting more than on receiver (e.g. two meters) with common ground in series in one curent loop.

    Thanks to powering directly from current loop the device do not require any additional power supply, and full galvanic insolation allows using it in many application with high requirements.

    Simex SGT-12

    Simex Isolators / multipliers type SGT-12 are dedicated for providing galvanic isolation between controlled system (ex. transmitter, encoder) and main unit (regulator, indicator, data logger). Standard input signal (0÷5 mA, 0÷20 mA, 4÷20 mA, 0÷5V, 0÷10V, 1÷5V) after galvanic isolation can be converted into 4-20 mA output signal in two isolated current loops.

    Current output signal can also be processed into voltage signal with standard load resistance. The using of separators/multipliers allows to reduce the impact of interference and ground potential difference. It also helps to match standard input signals to passive two-wire 4-20 mA outputs

    Simex SGT-22

    SGT-22 transmiter measures AC/DC current or voltage and converts them into standard output signal. Signal processing is performed according to the RMS value algorythm: Max. current in steady state is up to 5A. For measuring greater currents external shunt is required.

    Simex SGZ-12

    SGZ-12 type isolators are dedicated for making a galvanic isolation between input measuring circuit and output circuit. The device needs 24V DC of power supply. Input, output and supply circuits are mutually isolated. The using of separators allows to reduce the impact of interference and ground potential difference.

    It also helps to put together different types of signals (0÷5 mA, 0÷20 mA, 4÷20 mA, 0÷5V, 0÷10V, 1÷5V). User is allowed to correct zero point and measuring range, using two potentiometers mounted on the front panel of housing.

    Simex SGZ-22

    Isolators / multipliers SGZ-22 type are dedicated for providing galvanic isolation between input circuit and multiplied output circuits.

    They also can supply two-wire 4-20 mA transmitters. Input signal can be converted into two different output signals
